At 255 Feathertop, we set out to design units that families could grow into while still being large enough to entertain family and friends. We concentrated both our development and design around six key categories: Layout, Living Space, Ski-In & Ski-Out, Views, Parking & Storage and Stress-Free Ownership.

  • Layout

    The main floor is built for entertaining guests with an open concept design, large view windows, built-in sound system, oversized hot tub, entertainment area and expansive kitchen. The upper floor features two primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a secondary bedroom and bathroom for guests or younger children. The lower floor has a large rec room with wet bar, two more large bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a large storage room.

  • Living Space

    Being over 2,750 square feet with an additional 400 square foot garage, these units are spacious for the whole family. They are designed to be shared by two families, which not only helps with the mortgage, but with the monthly utilities and strata management fees as well.

  • Ski-In Ski-Out

    These units are located within the Sundance Resort in the heart of Big White. Owners can be on a chairlift within 30 seconds of leaving their front door or walk to the village centre within 5 minutes. Better yet, you don't have to hike or climb stairs to ski in or out of the units.

  • Views

    From the front door of each unit, there's uninterrupted sitelines through to the beautiful views, snow-capped mountains and surrounding terrain. 255 Feathertop has been designed with raised ceilings and oversized windows to create a spacious feel while allowing in plenty of natural light.

  • Parking & Storage

    Each unit has a single car garage large enough for an oversized SUV or pickup truck, with an additional outdoor stall beside the unit and access to visitor parking across the street. We know that storage is important, so we designed two separate storage lock-offs at the rear of the garage (36 sq.ft. each) and a large storage area (115 sq.ft.) in the basement.

    Not only will you be purchasing premium quality construction, 255 Feathertop is built by a reputable local builder and offers a full 2-5-10 home warranty coverage.
